Samsung To Work For Apple iPhone 8 With 5.8-Inch AMOLED Display
Master of the mobile maker, Apple has begun with the development of next iPhone models for 2017. With seven more months ahead for iPhone 8, the number of expectations arises as rumours thus allowing the Apple lovers to keep an eye for the next launch.
As the master of mobile maker enters a decade with iPhone 8, the company is working for many changeovers that have started rolling out in the market. Since the users were looking forward towards a significant design upgrade, Apple is likely towards dealing with the AMOLED displays.

The sources stated that Apple is likely to manufacture three models instead of two for the 2017 launch. The reports have also claimed that all the three models would not have the same specification. The three models to have screen display size that varies with 4.7-inch, 5.5-inch and the premium 5.8-inch. The first two models feature the traditional screen and the third variant to have an AMOLED display.
Apple has joined hands with Samsung, a competitor in the mobile world to bring significant design change in iPhone8. As Samsung is the only company that has the capability to manufacture and supply parts in huge numbers, Apple to work with Samsung displays likely to go ahead.
DigiTimes points to a new supply chain reports that stated Samsung Display would exclusively manufacture the displays for the third quarter supply for the third premium 5.8-inch iPhone. The 5.8-inch AMOLED display would be produced initially for minimum quantities starting this March. The production would be increased to the highest during May to June.
The reports cited with people from a Taiwan-based supply chain stated that Samsung has planned to produce 20 million units per month as a maximum.

As per the reports, the 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch iPhone models would currently hold onto TFT-LCD, but the transition would be possible in 2018.
Earlier in the last December, rumours said that Apple was prepping with a new 5-inch model. The specification would be similar to that of a mixture of 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch iPhone 8. The 5-inch display may feature a vertically-designed camera.
The iPhone 8 is expected to have an all new glass body, ditching the home button, metal back and edges seen. The display supports the fingerprint reading and 3D touch. Expected to spot the wireless charging technique, an iris scanner and 3D photography support.
