Before the global release of OnePlus 5 on next week, OnePlus Company has recently launched a new video focussing on customer care service. In that video, the company explains the details of all the potential services that the OnePlus 5 buyers can look forward to. The video named “Promise of 5” and listed out all the services that OnePlus offers in India.
The video explains one-hour quick repair service at experience stores. For OnePlus 5 buyers and other customers of OnePlus those who can’t turn up at the stores, there is a free pick up and drop facility for repair as well in select cities. The OnePlus customers can also call 1800 102 8411 to request a pick and drop service in some of the cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Chennai. The OnePlus company assured that they would look to expand their service to other cities soon.
For other questions, users can utilise web services like email, live chat and they can contact a representative on the phone to ease you the confusion. The company stated that they heave seen 86% of customer satisfaction with its after-sales service. Launch event of OnePlus 5 will start at 2 pm IST on June 22. According to the latest report, the OnePlus 5 model with 64GB storage/6GB RAM will cost Rs. 32,999, while the variant with 128GB storage/8GB RAM will be priced at Rs. 37,999.
Based on the various teasers that the company has shared till now, the OnePlus 5 Smartphone has been confirmed to sport the top-end Snapdragon 835 processor, dual-camera setup on the back, and iPhone 7 Plus-like design. The mobile will run on Android 7.1 Nougat OS at launch and sports a 5.5-inch full-HD display, with a fingerprint sensor underneath the Home button. There is a rumour of smartphone will bear 23-megapixel rear camera and 16-megapixel secondary camera for selfies.
